Project Cheddar - Only the best Flash Games will do
Hands of War Tower Defense

Hands of War Tower Defense - Hands of War and Hands of War 2 were popular games here on Project Cheddar when I posted them.  So when I saw there was a Hands of War Tower Defense, I jumped at the opportunity to add it here as well.  From my limited playtime, it seems to be a pretty solid Tower Defense game, with all the expected trimmings.  There is one thing I noticed in the game that I have never seen in any other Tower Defense game before, and that's the ability to place towers (in this case warriors) in the actual wave lanes themselves.  It seems like such a simple concept, and it's probably been done in some Tower Defense game before, but I've never seen it, so that makes it new to me.

Chuck the Sheep

Chuck the Sheep - I've played games like Chuck the Sheep before, but never so good.  It's a launcher game, where you shoot Chuck from the ground in an attempt to propel him as far as possible.  Upgrade components, collect resources, earn XP.  It's another Armor Games masterpiece, and it was developed in-house.

Musaic Box - An interesting concept for a music game, which is great to see.  The music game genre is in desperate need of innovation and revitalization.  Your task is to try and match different tunes from a song in the correct order.  But it's not just simply matching the bits of a song which is the challenge, you're also matching the different instruments as well.

William and Sly 2

William and Sly 2 - After all this time, William and Sly are back!  If you've been playing flash games for awhile, you'll probably have heard of the original game already.  The first William and Sly became a classic, and is mentioned on a regular basis in the flash gaming community.  Well, we now have a sequel, and I'm sure you will notice the graphics have undergone quite the overhaul and are improved dramatically.  I'm still a little stunned at the quality of the artwork... I hardly thought the flash engine could handle such detail.

Outpost: Haven

Outpost: Haven - All I have to say about this game is "Ohhhhhh, pretty graphics!".  Well, I'll say a little more.  Outpost: Haven is a pretty straightforward shooter.  Point at the screen and fire, nothing special there.  What does make it stand out is its graphics, which are at a very professional level.  But do graphics make a game, of course not.  I got bored rather quickly of Outpost, but others seem to like it as this game makes its rounds on the net.  You be the judge.

So Begins a New Year

Hello everybody and welcome to 2012 (a few days lateTongue out).  I have returned with flash games to help you get through the doldrums of school or work.  Let's get started shall we.

Creeper World 2: Academy - Let's start off the new year with a personal favorite of mine.  Creeper World is addictive, and is one of those few games on Cheddar that have consumed so much of my time that it's actually prevented me from updating the site.  Well now there's Creeper World 2.  Creeper World 2 brings with it a serious storyline and an array of new weapons.  Personally, I liked the simplicity of Creeper World 1, so I'm still undecided on how I feel about this new "upgraded" version of the game.  Sometimes game makers take a good thing too far and ruin what they have.  Play for yourself, you'll see what I mean.
